On January 16, 2018, the Hessian State Parliament release the official response of the Ministry of Environment, Climate Protection, Agriculture and Consumer Protection to the SPD-request about FSC certification from November 2017.

As we are currently working on our official statement concerning UNIQUE’s report, our response to the publication mentioned above took some time and just now available for those who are interested. We did not send it to Ministers or the press, because our current focus is on UNIQUE’s report. Nevertheless, we wanted to publish it; for the sake of completeness.
